KNON 89.3FM Presents the 23rd Annual Mardi Gras Gumbo Party at Poor Davids Pub Sunday February 1^st 2026 at Poor Davids Pub!! Its your chance to help KNON find out who makes the best Gumbo.

This years Mardi Gras Gumbo Contestants include Shell Shack, Dodie’s, Mr. B’s Gubmo, Anaya’s Seafood, Aw Shucks, The Pelican House, Cajun Food Bus, Mrs. Lively’s, 337 Gumbo and More. This year we also added Beignets from Beignet Bag.

Performing Live at the 23rd Mardi Gras Gumbo Party its Dennis Cavalier and The Ninth Ward. Doors open and the Gumbo Tasting Begins at 1pm.
